Policies

All clients are scheduled by appointment only.
If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
No show appointments will be charged 50% of the missed service cost, which must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
If you are more than 5 minutes late for a 30 minute service, you may be asked to reschedule.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 60 minute service, you may be asked to reschedule.
